What stands out

The Australian Work and Holiday visa for Vietnamese citizens has several specific conditions. Unlike many other programs, it is managed by a pre-application ballot system. There is a strict quota of 1,500 first visas each year. Applicants also need to prove they have at least Functional English, for example with an IELTS average band of 4.5 or a PTE Academic score of 30 from a test in the last 12 months. A tertiary qualification or completion of two years of university study is also required.

This page covers the destinations in this directory only: Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the UK, Ireland, Japan, Germany, Hong Kong, South Korea. Singapore’s Work Holiday Programme is left out here because it depends on where your university is, not on your passport; see the Singapore sheet. A destination missing here may still run a program for your passport; check its official immigration site.
